harmful effects of UV rays. The summer heat can lead to several health
problems, mainly dehydration and sunstroke.
March :
As the weather
warms up and flowers begin to bloom, allergies start cropping up. Along
with this there are other diseases that affect our body during this time:

Hay
fever: Another condition related to pollen allergies that can be
common in spring.

go away, it is time to build up a healthy immune system and prepare one's body
